You’ll love the physical and cultural environment. The Ark is a brand new building, set in a stunning 7.5-acre nature reserve. The atmosphere is fast-paced, supportive and inclusive; here, everyone is encouraged to do their best work, regardless of gender, race, religion, age, or background.
Annual leave
25 days, rising by a day after each completed year up to 30 days. We offer the ability to buy or sell up to 5 days.
Pension
AVIVA pension scheme, which Noah’s Ark matches up to 6%. Nurses have the opportunity to keep your NHS Pension, if you have made a contribution in the last 12-months.

Joining bonus for nurses
£5,000 over 3 years, £500 on appointment – pro rota’d for part time employment.
